Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Dedham!

We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders.

We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Learn about our Whole-Child Model!

Position Overview

This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.

Clinical & Administrative Support:

Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties.
Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
BT Managers for performance and operational support.
BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.

Learning & Advancement:

Internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings.
Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV.
Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles.

Benefits:

Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually.
PTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.

Compensation & Productivity:

Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month.
Base Salary: $81,700 and $102,200.
Bonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours.
First Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in human services or a related field required.
BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred.
